It’s over two years now that SuccessFactors has been part of
SAP. We believe the 2014 Gartner Magic Quadrant report is a great
testament to our success. As a result of SuccessFactors' acquisition by a much
larger company like SAP, our focus on innovation is stronger than
ever, and our solution continues to demonstrate undisputed leadership in
the market. I believe the results of this Magic Quadrant also underscore
the importance that SAP and SuccessFactors have placed on the talent management
space and the ongoing investments in our end-to-end solutions that support
it: recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance & goals,
compensation, and succession. The “war for skilled talent” rages on
across industries and the globe; we are committed to helping our customers

The SuccessFactors acquisition by SAP has not only allowed
us to continue to innovate, it has also enabled us to accelerate in areas
across the portfolio. With the May 2014 (1405) Release, Employee Central
is now localized for 71 countries and Employee Central Payroll supports 28
countries. We have regional data centers in China, Australia, US,
Germany, and The Netherlands to better support localized and regional
requirements. We are leveraging new technologies from SAP like HANA and Fiori
to accelerate our deliveries even further. And our customers have access
to a global ecosystem of partners (currently over 1000 implementation
consultants) worldwide to get their implementations up and running quickly and
with high quality.
But success like this isn't just reflective of the product –
it's also a function of customer success. These results illustrate the ability
of our customers to derive strategic business value from our solutions. A
